So if individuals can have a measured and confirmed luck modifier, does that mean they have to enter a registry and get banned from gambling? Or would they be forced to gamble against others with a comparable luck index like weight classes in boxing?

Also, if the lines look different on this page, that’s because I’m playing with using a textured pencil tool for the lineart. Kinda neat because there’s no loss of quality since the lines are vector based and I can change their properties by selecting them.
